Therapy Style

Life, at times, can be challenging. I believe it is important to address these challenges “head on” with my clients in a safe, accepting therapeutic atmosphere. It takes courage for clients to come to counseling, and I work from a respectful, non-judgmental perspective, attempting to meet clients “where they are”. It is my goal that in this atmosphere of trust and respect, I can partner with my client to help them recover hope. I truly am excited about watching clients discover new strengths, tools, passions, skills, and joys at any age!
